We�??re seeking a Global Benefits Lead (internal title Senior Program Advisor) based in New York to develop and embed a communications strategy for Global Benefits policies and programmes.

People & Culture (P&C) team works with the organisation to create a culture and workplace that embodies and promotes organizational values, enabling us the delivery of societal impact. The P&C team is structured by a number of department to include HR advisory, centres of excellence, HR systems & analytics, and an employee support service.
The role of Global Benefits Lead sits within the Compensation and Benefits Team. The Compensation and Benefits Team are responsible for the design and delivery of the Compensation and Benefits policies, programmes and processes that support the development of the Foundation, and enhance its ability to recruit and retain the individuals with the individual and collective ability to enable the Foundation to be successful in meeting its long term strategic objectives.
As a Global Benefits Lead you will:
  • Develop global benefits policies, programmes and practices to support the changing and evolving needs of the Foundation;
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing policies, programmes and practices to ensure their continued relevance and effectiveness;
  • Build the relationships and governance structures internally and externally to provide effective scrutiny and oversight of Global Benefits practice;
  • Lead the Benefits function efforts to hear & interpret the "voice of the customer�?� within OSF;
  • Lead on sourcing, renewing and vendor/risk management of global benefit programmes;
  • Develop and embed a communications strategy for Global Benefits policies and programmes;
What we are looking for:
  • Strong expertise in Benefits practice with particular emphasis on the US market;
  • Certification in Benefits Management or other relevant financial discipline preferred;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Ability to build effective relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders;
  • Sound presentational and Communications skills;
  • Commitment to continuous learning and growth in the areas of diversity, equity, inclusion, antiracism and social justice;
  • Commitment to listening and working with humility; ways of working that are respectful to all people; and that support space and voice for all diverse perspectives in our workplace.
Desirable (but not required):
  • Significant International Global Benefits experience;
  • Experience in Non-Profit or Foundation environment;
  • Familiarity with Workday or similar global HRIS platform;
  • Ability to travel Internationally for periods of time when the role requires.

  • For our office in New York City, the salary range for this role is 120,900 - 229,700 USD plus benefits. The final offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set and level of experience.
